Participation

Prior to the activity starting, you will be asked to complete an online registration form in which you acknowledge the associated risk and disclose relevant medical information. These will need to be signed by a parent/guardian for under 18s. It is your responsibility to check with a medical practitioner if you have any conditions or injuries which could affect your/your child's fitness to participate in an adventure sport. If you would prefer to sign a paper copy of the form please let us know via email.

Participants must be able to swim at least 25 metres and be confident in open water. They must also be over the minimum age for the session (this will be advised depending on the nature of the session but will be no younger than 8 years).

If you choose to wear glasses you must accept that injury may occur and accept full responsibility for any such injury.

Let’s SUP reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone considered to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Cancellations

We will need to cancel/rearrange your session if we consider the weather conditions are unsuitable and in other unforseeable circumstances such as instructor illness or personal emergency. If we are unable to find a suitable alternative date then we will refund the full amount within 28 days.

We reserve the right to charge for sessions cancelled by the customer giving less than 48 hours notice before the proposed start time or if customers arrive late for their session.

Safety

Let’s SUP instructors hold WSA (Water Skills Academy) instructor and adventure guide qualifications and will always prioritise customer safety as well as holding appropriate public liability insurance. Participants are made aware of the risks associated with paddle boarding and agree to take part at their own risk.
